Paying for support or project work

Remote support

A 30-minute remote support session is $49. Additional time is $25 per 15 minutes, only with your approval before continuing.

Projects and local services

Projects are quoted individually. Walter will agree on scope and price with you before work begins. Equipment, travel, software, and recurring costs are discussed separately.

How payment works

You receive an invoice after the agreed work. The invoice includes the amount due and the payment instructions confirmed with you before work starts.

Keep your payment details safe
